I received courteous and prompt service
I also have an observation. At the very last minute (Aug. 20) it turned out that we couldn't use our Aug. 25 week.
I phoned the resort asking about renting. Got disconnected twice and put on hold for 10 minutes the last time and was told that it was probably too late for success.
At that point I phoned your company where (as we know the commission is lower) I received courteous and prompt service and in spite of the late request they rented it for three days over the weekend. – Suzanne, Bellevue, WA
